【摘要】：目的分析研究甲狀腺腫患者尿液及血清中碘、雙酚A(BPA)水平與正常者之間的差異,以期為甲狀腺腫的預防提供新的思路。方法 62例甲狀腺腫患者作為甲狀腺腫組,另選取同期在本院體檢健康者62例作為正常組,對其血清及尿液進行檢測,對比兩組研究對象尿碘、尿BPA及血清碘和BPA水平。結(jié)果甲狀腺腫組尿碘、尿碘/肌酐水平均明顯高于正常組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);甲狀腺腫組尿BPA、尿BPA/肌酐水平均明顯高于正常組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);甲狀腺腫組血清碘和BPA水平與正常組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論高尿碘狀態(tài)、高尿BPA水平與甲狀腺腫發(fā)病密切相關,并且尿液中的BPA和碘之間呈正相關。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the difference of iodine, bisphenol A (BPA) levels in urine and serum between patients with goiter and normal patients, so as to provide a new idea for the prevention of goiter. Methods Sixty-two patients with goiter were selected as goiter group and 62 healthy persons in our hospital were selected as normal group. The serum and urine levels of iodine, BPA, serum iodine and BPA were compared between the two groups. Results urinary iodine and urinary iodine / creatinine levels in goiter group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P0.05), urinary BPA and urinary BPA / creatinine levels in goiter group were significantly higher than those in normal group. The serum iodine and BPA levels in goiter group were not significantly different from those in normal group (P0.05). Conclusion hyperiodine status and BPA level are closely related to the incidence of goiter, and there is a positive correlation between BPA and iodine in urine.
