【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)模式與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的融合為慢病管理帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的血糖管理評(píng)估體系、糖尿病信息資源共享和遠(yuǎn)程教育、血糖監(jiān)測(cè)遠(yuǎn)程傳輸與管理、及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的信息反饋和醫(yī)患溝通是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與血糖管理的重要內(nèi)容,基于上述內(nèi)容的一體化的血糖管理模式也在不斷探索中日趨完善。未來(lái)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與慢病管理深度融合的新的慢病管理模式,將使廣大糖尿病患者獲益。
[Abstract]:The combination of traditional medical model and Internet technology brings new opportunities and challenges to chronic disease management. Internet-based blood glucose management evaluation system, diabetes information resource sharing and distance education, remote blood glucose monitoring transmission and management, timely and accurate information feedback and doctor-patient communication are the important contents of Internet technology and blood sugar management. The integrated blood glucose management model based on the above contents is also improving. In the future, the new mode of slow disease management, which combines Internet technology and chronic disease management, will benefit the majority of patients with diabetes.
