【摘要】：目的了解2006—2014年浙江省德清縣農(nóng)村成人2型糖尿病(type 2diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患病現(xiàn)狀及變化趨勢(shì),并探索其患病的影響因素。方法隨機(jī)整群抽取浙江省德清縣8個(gè)農(nóng)村社區(qū),以18周歲及以上戶籍居民為研究對(duì)象,于2006—2008年、2011—2012年和2013—2014年分三階段完成橫斷面調(diào)查,其中2006—2008年實(shí)際調(diào)查6562人,2011—2012年11 763人,2013—2014年10 904人。調(diào)查對(duì)象接受問(wèn)卷調(diào)查(包括人口學(xué)、生活方式及疾病史信息)、體格檢查(身高、體重、血壓等)和空腹血糖測(cè)量。T2DM診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為空腹血糖≥7.0 mmol/L或自報(bào)患有醫(yī)生診斷的糖尿病或正在接受糖尿病治療。結(jié)果 2006—2014年德清縣農(nóng)村成人T2DM及空腹血糖受損(impaired fasting glucose,IFG)患病率均呈逐年上升趨勢(shì),T2DM標(biāo)化患病率依次為1.2%、1.6%和2.1%,IFG患病率分別為7.2%、18.7%和22.8%。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,高年齡(與18~39.9歲相比:調(diào)整OR(aOR)_(40-59.9歲)=5.20,95%CI 2.74~9.89;aOR_(60歲及以上)=8.02,95%CI 4.19~15.35)、女性(aOR=1.23,95%CI 1.02~1.49)、糖尿病家族史(aOR=4.86,95%CI3.49~6.77)、超重/肥胖(aOR_(超重)=1.88,95%CI 1.61~2.20;aOR_(肥胖)=5.10,95%CI 4.06~6.41)、高血壓(aOR=2.84,95%CI 2.44~3.31)、葷食(與飲食葷素均衡相比:aOR=2.25,95%CI 1.89~2.69)是T2DM的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素,而飲茶(aOR_(飲茶)=0.81,95%CI 0.68~0.95)是其保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論 T2DM在德清縣農(nóng)村成人中流行水平較低,但呈快速上升趨勢(shì);高年齡、女性、家族史、超重/肥胖、葷食和高血壓等是T2DM患病的危險(xiǎn)因素,飲茶是保護(hù)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and trend of type 2 diabetes mellitus type 2diabetes mellitusus T2DMin rural adults in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province from 2006 to 2014, and to explore the influencing factors.
