【摘要】：正1病例資料男,43歲,口腔和生殖器阿弗他潰瘍、復(fù)發(fā)性前葡萄膜炎以及多關(guān)節(jié)炎反復(fù)發(fā)作3年余,針刺反應(yīng)陽(yáng)性。患者因"口腔潰瘍反復(fù)發(fā)作"于2016年3月22日就診于我院門(mén)診,就診時(shí)訴右側(cè)耳郭軟骨紅腫伴疼痛,無(wú)蚊蟲(chóng)叮咬史、無(wú)咳嗽及呼吸困難。診斷考慮MAGIC綜合征。接受沙利度胺、白芍總苷膠囊及秋水仙堿片等藥物治療,并安排入院行進(jìn)一步檢查。1周后,患者出現(xiàn)右側(cè)耳郭炎癥伴疼痛加重(圖1A)及口腔
[Abstract]:The patient was 43 years old, with oral and genital aphthous ulcer, recurrent anterior uveitis and polyarthritis for more than 3 years and positive acupuncture reaction. The patient was admitted to our outpatient clinic on March 22, 2016 for recurrent oral ulcers. The patient complained of redness and swelling of the right auricle with pain, no history of mosquito bites, no cough and dyspnea. MAGIC syndrome was considered in diagnosis. Salidomide, total glucoside of paeony capsule and colchicine tablets were given. After further examination for 1. 1 weeks, the patients developed inflammation of the right auricle with increased pain (fig. 1A) and oral cavity
