脂肪干細(xì)胞治療支氣管哮喘的機(jī)制與潛力

【摘要】:背景:目前臨床上治療哮喘仍然是以吸入性糖皮質(zhì)激素為主的經(jīng)典治療方法。成體干細(xì)胞治療在多種疾病中取得了一定的發(fā)展,為治療哮喘提供了新思路。目的:從脂肪干細(xì)胞及相關(guān)成體干細(xì)胞在治療哮喘中的治療機(jī)制進(jìn)行綜述,了解目前脂肪干細(xì)胞治療哮喘的最新進(jìn)展及其治療安全性以及在未來哮喘治療中可能的研究方向。方法:在Pub Med中以(adipose-derived stem cells[All Fields])OR(adipose stem cells[All Fields])OR(adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells[All Fields])AND(asthma[All Fields])為檢索式來檢索,在CBM、CNKI及萬方醫(yī)學(xué)分別以("脂肪干細(xì)胞"[常用字段:智能])OR("脂肪間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞"[常用字段:智能])OR("脂肪來源的干細(xì)胞"[常用字段:智能])AND("哮喘"[常用字段:智能])為檢索式來檢索2001至2016年的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:通過瀏覽文章標(biāo)題、摘要和全文來篩選目標(biāo)文獻(xiàn),共檢索到125篇文獻(xiàn),最終篩選出54篇代表文獻(xiàn)。脂肪干細(xì)胞干預(yù)哮喘小鼠可能通過免疫調(diào)節(jié)降低氣道炎癥、氣道高反應(yīng)并減少上皮下膠原沉積及瘢痕組織形成,促進(jìn)新生血管生長,重建損傷的氣道。但將脂肪干細(xì)胞引入常規(guī)臨床治療之前還需深入研究其治療的作用機(jī)制及進(jìn)行必要的基因組分析。脂肪干細(xì)胞在治療哮喘等氣道過敏性炎癥疾病中可能具有較大潛力。
[Abstract]:Background: currently, asthma treatment is still a classical treatment based on inhaled glucocorticoid. Adult stem cell therapy has made some progress in many diseases, which provides a new idea for the treatment of asthma. Aim: to review the therapeutic mechanism of adipose stem cells and related adult stem cells in the treatment of asthma, and to understand the latest progress and safety of adipose stem cells in the treatment of asthma, as well as the possible research directions in the treatment of asthma in the future. Methods: Pub Med was used to retrieve adipose-derived stem cells [All Fields] oradipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells [All Fields] ANDasthma [All Fields]. In CBMU CNKI and Wanfang Medicine ("Adipose Stem Cell" [often used word: intelligence] Orr ("adipose Mesenchymal Stem Cell" [often used word: intelligence] Orr ("Fat derived Stem Cell" [often used word: intelligence] AND ("Asthma" [often used: intelligence]) Search for relevant literature from 2001 to 2016. Results & conclusion: a total of 125 articles were retrieved and 54 representative articles were screened by browsing the title, abstracts and full text of the articles. The intervention of adipose stem cells in asthma mice may reduce airway inflammation, airway hyperresponsiveness, decrease collagen deposition and scar formation, promote neovascularization and reconstruct damaged airway through immunomodulation. However, the mechanism of adipose stem cells and the necessary genome analysis should be further studied before introducing them into routine clinical therapy. Adipose stem cells may have great potential in the treatment of allergic airway diseases such as asthma.
