【摘要】：糖尿病是一種復(fù)雜的終身性疾病,作為當(dāng)前威脅全球人類(lèi)健康的最重要的非傳染性疾病之一,除了常規(guī)藥物治療,對(duì)糖尿病患者的系統(tǒng)管理是有效降低多種急慢性并發(fā)癥的關(guān)鍵途徑。文章從糖尿病健康管理模式的分類(lèi)、健康管理內(nèi)容、管理的有效性評(píng)價(jià)及展望4個(gè)方面對(duì)此領(lǐng)域研究進(jìn)行綜述。提出糖尿病最好的管理模式應(yīng)該是團(tuán)隊(duì)式管理、個(gè)體化訂制,管理重點(diǎn)在飲食控制與運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉。未來(lái)糖尿病健康管理的研究重點(diǎn)在于探討不同管理模式與不同飲食控制、不同運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉方法的最佳組合。
[Abstract]:Diabetes is a complex life-long disease that is currently one of the most important non-communicable diseases that threaten human health worldwide, in addition to routine drug therapy. Systematic management of diabetic patients is the key to reduce many acute and chronic complications. In this paper, the classification of diabetes health management model, the contents of health management, the evaluation and prospect of management effectiveness are reviewed. It is suggested that the best management mode of diabetes should be group management, individualized management with emphasis on diet control and exercise. In the future, the research focus of diabetes health management is to explore the best combination of different management modes, different diet control and different exercise methods.
