【摘要】：正催產(chǎn)素(oxytocin,OT)是由下丘腦室旁核(paraventricular nucleus,PVN)和視上核(supraoptic nucleus,SON)分泌的、經(jīng)垂體后葉釋放入血的肽類激素,由9個氨基酸組成,臨床最初應(yīng)用于促進子宮收縮。近年來越來越多的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)OT對抑制進食、脂肪分解、增加胰島素敏感性等能量代謝方面起了重要作用,但其作用機理至今仍有很多未解之處。本文就OT調(diào)
[Abstract]:Oxytocin is secreted by paraventricular nucleus PVN and supraoptic nucleus SON. It is composed of 9 amino acids and is initially used to promote uterine contraction. In recent years, more and more studies have found that OT plays an important role in energy metabolism, such as inhibition of food intake, fat decomposition and insulin sensitivity, but its mechanism is still unsolved.
