1.8mT不同頻率正弦交變電磁場對青年大鼠骨密度及骨形態(tài)計(jì)量的影響比較

【摘要】:比較不同頻率的正弦交變電磁場對SD青年大鼠骨密度及骨形態(tài)計(jì)量指標(biāo)的影響,篩選可有效提升大鼠骨密度的頻率參數(shù)。將32只8周齡SD雌性大鼠隨機(jī)分為4組:對照組、15 Hz組、30 Hz組、45 Hz組;除對照組外,實(shí)驗(yàn)組大鼠每天都給予相應(yīng)頻率的1.8 m T正弦交變電磁場干預(yù),干預(yù)時(shí)間為90 min。磁場干預(yù)8周后,雙能X射線骨密度儀檢測大鼠全身骨密度、右側(cè)股骨骨密度和椎骨骨密度,ELISA分析血清中骨形成與骨吸收生化指標(biāo)的含量,右側(cè)脛骨進(jìn)行熒光間距測量與骨形態(tài)計(jì)量分析。相比于對照組,15 Hz組、45 Hz組大鼠的全身骨密度、股骨骨密度、椎骨骨密度均明顯升高(P0.05),血清中骨鈣素與骨保護(hù)素含量也顯著提升(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組大鼠的脛骨雙熒光間距與骨組織靜態(tài)參數(shù)均高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明,15 Hz、45 Hz正弦交變電磁場可有效提升青年大鼠的骨密度,從而可預(yù)防骨質(zhì)疏松的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:The effects of sinusoidal electromagnetic field on bone mineral density and bone morphometry of SD young rats were compared, and the frequency parameters of bone mineral density could be improved effectively. 32 8 week old SD female rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, 15 Hz group, 30 Hz group, 45 Hz group; the experimental group was given 1 of the corresponding frequency except for the group. .8 m T sinusoidal electromagnetic field intervention, intervention time of 90 min. magnetic field intervention for 8 weeks, double energy X ray bone densitometer to detect the whole body bone density, right femur bone density and bone mineral density, ELISA analysis of serum bone formation and bone absorption biochemical index content, the right tibia fluorescence distance measurement and bone morphometric analysis. In the control group, the total bone mineral density, the bone mineral density and the bone mineral density in the 15 Hz group and the 45 Hz group increased significantly (P0.05), and the serum osteocalcin and osteoprotegerin content also increased significantly (P0.05). The tibial double fluorescent spacing and the static parameters of the bone tissue in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P0.05). The results showed that 15 Hz, 45 Hz sinusoidal alternating electricity. Magnetic field can effectively enhance bone mineral density in young rats, thus preventing osteoporosis.
