【摘要】：人體的許多遺傳疾病都與其基因包含的多個位點(SNPs)相關(guān)聯(lián)。因此定位與遺傳疾病相關(guān)聯(lián)基因在染色體中的位置,能幫助研究人員了解疾病的遺傳機(jī)理,預(yù)防某些遺傳病的發(fā)生。利用全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法,對兩類樣本(患病,未患病)各個位點上的堿基進(jìn)行卡方檢驗,找出某種遺傳病最有可能的致病位點,定位其所在的致病基因。利用連鎖不平衡系數(shù),得出最可能相關(guān)的致病基因,并通過聚類算法檢驗結(jié)論的合理性。
[Abstract]:Many genetic diseases in the human body are associated with multiple loci of SNPs contained in its genes. Therefore, the location of genes associated with genetic diseases in chromosomes can help researchers understand the genetic mechanism of diseases and prevent the occurrence of certain genetic diseases. By using the method of whole genome association analysis, the bases at each locus of two kinds of samples (diseased and not diseased) were detected by chi-square test, and the most probable pathogenicity sites of a certain genetic disease were identified, and the pathogenicity genes were located. By using linkage disequilibrium coefficient, the most likely pathogenic genes were obtained, and the rationality of the conclusions was tested by clustering algorithm.
