【摘要】：目的:觀察中藥免疫2號(hào)顆粒聯(lián)合HAART療法對(duì)44例艾滋病免疫重建不全患者IL-2及IL-10 mRNA水平的影響,初步探索該療法對(duì)機(jī)體免疫調(diào)節(jié)的作用機(jī)制。方法:隨機(jī)雙盲安慰劑對(duì)照研究,治療組23例采用HAART+免疫2號(hào)顆粒,對(duì)照組21例采用HAART+免疫2號(hào)顆粒模擬劑,觀察時(shí)間1年。觀察指標(biāo)包括CD4~+T淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、IL-2mRNA、IL-10mRNA。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組CD4+T淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)上升顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;試驗(yàn)組IL-2上升,ΔCt增加值試驗(yàn)組上升幅度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,2組療后-療前差值比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組IL-10ΔCt值均上升,2組療后-療前差值比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:中藥免疫2號(hào)顆粒聯(lián)合HAART治療可較對(duì)照組明顯上調(diào)艾滋病免疫重建不全患者IL-2的表達(dá),還需擴(kuò)大樣本量進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of immunotherapy combined with HAART on the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 mRNA in 44 patients with AIDS immunoreconstitution, and to explore the mechanism of this therapy on immune regulation.Methods: a randomized double-blind placebo control study was conducted. 23 patients in the treatment group were treated with HAART immunized granule 2 and 21 patients in the control group were treated with HAART immunized granule 2. The observation time was 1 year.The observed parameters included CD4 ~ T lymphocyte count and IL-2 mRNA-IL-10 mRNA.Results: the CD4 T lymphocyte count in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The increase of IL-2 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: compared with the control group, the expression of IL-2 can be upregulated obviously in the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine immune granule No. 2 combined with HAART, which needs to be further verified by expanding the sample size.
