【摘要】：目的 :從日常生活活動(dòng)能力角度了解上海市老年照護(hù)需求,為應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化問(wèn)題提供參考依據(jù)。方法 :采用整群抽樣方式抽取上海市靜安區(qū)某街道60歲及以上居家老年人8 218人,采用日常生活活動(dòng)能力來(lái)推測(cè)上海市老年人的照護(hù)需求,運(yùn)用SAS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行卡方檢驗(yàn)、logistic回歸等分析。結(jié)果 :隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),老年人的日常生活活動(dòng)能力呈現(xiàn)逐年下降趨勢(shì)。年齡的增長(zhǎng)、患有慢性病、缺乏親人的照護(hù)都是日常生活活動(dòng)能力的危險(xiǎn)因素,獨(dú)居和親屬的照護(hù)是保護(hù)性因素,推算2014年上海需要照護(hù)的老年人數(shù)量為20.04萬(wàn)人。結(jié)論 :上海市老年照護(hù)服務(wù)需求大,老年照護(hù)資源不足與浪費(fèi)共存。建議加強(qiáng)老年照護(hù)能力建設(shè),呼吁親屬和社會(huì)增加對(duì)老人的關(guān)愛(ài)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the needs of elderly care in Shanghai from the point of view of daily living ability, and to provide reference for coping with the problem of aging.Methods: 8 218 elderly people aged 60 and above in a street in Jing'an District of Shanghai were selected by cluster sampling. The ability of daily living activities was used to speculate on the care needs of the elderly in Shanghai.The logistic regression analysis of chi-square test was carried out with SAS software.Results: with the increase of age, the activity of daily life of the elderly decreased year by year.Age, chronic diseases and the lack of care for relatives are all risk factors for daily life activities, while solitary and relative care are protective factors. The number of elderly people in need of care in Shanghai in 2014 is estimated to be 200400.Conclusion: there is a large demand for care services for the elderly in Shanghai, and the shortage and waste of care resources for the elderly coexist.It is suggested to strengthen the capacity building of elderly care and to appeal to relatives and society to increase their care for the elderly.
