【摘要】：目的評價(jià)吉林省大骨節(jié)病病情和防治措施效果,為實(shí)現(xiàn)"十三五"規(guī)劃目標(biāo)提供數(shù)據(jù)和資料。方法對吉林省40個(gè)病區(qū)縣(市、區(qū))5年內(nèi)開展2次病情調(diào)查,按照隨機(jī)抽樣方法每個(gè)縣抽取5個(gè)病區(qū)鄉(xiāng)(不足5個(gè)則全部調(diào)查),在每個(gè)病區(qū)鄉(xiāng)抽取3個(gè)病區(qū)村(不足3個(gè)則全部調(diào)查),對調(diào)查村7-12歲兒童全部進(jìn)行臨床檢查和拍攝右手正位X線片,開展大骨節(jié)病控制和消除評價(jià)縣級自查。結(jié)果 40個(gè)大骨節(jié)病病區(qū)縣病區(qū)村已全部達(dá)到控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有14個(gè)病區(qū)縣和26個(gè)病區(qū)村未達(dá)到消除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)論吉林省大骨節(jié)病病情實(shí)現(xiàn)了完全控制和"十二五"基本消除大骨節(jié)病的規(guī)劃目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) in Jilin Province and to provide data and data for the realization of the 13th Five-Year Plan.Methods the disease was investigated twice in 40 counties (cities and districts) in Jilin province within 5 years.In accordance with the random sampling method, 5 sick districts and townships were selected in each county (less than 5 in all), 3 in each district and township (less than 3 in all), and all the children aged 7 to 12 in the investigated villages were clinically examined; andTake a right-hand positive X-ray,To carry out self-inspection at county level for the control and elimination of Kaschin-Beck disease.Results all the villages in 40 Kashin-Beck disease counties had met the control standard, and 14 counties and 26 villages had not met the elimination standard.Conclusion Kashin-Beck disease in Jilin Province has achieved the goal of complete control and elimination of Kashin-Beck disease in the 12th Five-Year Plan.
