【摘要】：目的探討社會支持在人類免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染孕產(chǎn)婦負(fù)性情緒與應(yīng)對方式之間的中介效應(yīng)。方法利用社會支持評定量表(SSRS)、預(yù)防HIV母嬰傳播知信行量表(KAPS-PMTCT)、焦慮自評量表(SAS)、抑郁自評量表(SDS)、Berger HIV感知歧視量表(BHSS)和簡易應(yīng)對方式問卷(SCSQ),通過方便抽樣的方法選取202名HIV感染孕產(chǎn)婦進(jìn)行測試,采用Pearson相關(guān)分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析變量之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果社會支持、負(fù)性情緒與應(yīng)對方式兩兩之間的總得分均存在相關(guān)性;社會支持總分與負(fù)性情緒總分(P0.05)、消極應(yīng)對得分(P0.01)均呈負(fù)相關(guān),與積極應(yīng)對得分呈正相關(guān)(P0.01);負(fù)性情緒總分與積極應(yīng)對得分呈較弱的負(fù)相關(guān)(P=0.07),與消極應(yīng)對得分呈較強(qiáng)的正相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型表明負(fù)性情緒主要是通過社會支持的中介作用間接影響HIV感染孕產(chǎn)婦的應(yīng)對方式(χ~2/df=1.835,擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)為0.975,調(diào)整擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)為0.961,范式擬合指數(shù)為0.950,增值擬合指數(shù)為0.938,比較擬合指數(shù)為0.981,簡約調(diào)整比較擬合指數(shù)為0.452,近似誤差均方根為0.064),對積極應(yīng)對與消極應(yīng)對總的中介效應(yīng)量分別為-0.273、0.522。結(jié)論社會支持是HIV感染孕產(chǎn)婦負(fù)性情緒與應(yīng)對方式之間的重要中介變量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mediating effect of social support between negative emotion and coping style in pregnant women infected with HIV.Methods using the Social support rating scale (SSRS), the KAPS-PMTCTT scale for the Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (HIV), the Self-Rating anxiety scale (SAS), the Self-Rating Depression scale (SDS), the Berger HIV perceived Discrimination scale (BHSS) and the simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQS), we selected 202,202 by convenient sampling method.HIV infected pregnant women were tested,Pearson correlation analysis and structural equation model are used to analyze the relationship between variables.Results the total scores of social support, negative emotion and coping style were all correlated, and the total score of social support was negatively correlated with the total score of negative emotion (P0.05) and negative coping score (P0.01).The total score of negative emotion was negatively correlated with the score of positive coping (P < 0.07) and positively correlated with the score of negative coping (P 0.01).The structural equation model shows that negative emotion indirectly affects the coping style of pregnant women infected with HIV mainly through the intermediary role of social support (蠂 ~ 2 / dffg 1.835, goodness of fit index 0.975, adjusted goodness of fit index 0.961, normal form fitting index 0.950, increment value).The fitting index is 0.938, the comparison fitting index is 0.981. the reduced adjustment comparison fitting index is 0.452, the approximate error root mean square is 0.064, and the total mediating effect for positive coping and negative coping is -0.273or 0.522, respectively.Conclusion Social support is an important mediating variable between negative emotion and coping style of HIV infected pregnant women.
