【摘要】：正系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡(SLE)是一種彌漫性的自身免疫性疾病,常累及皮膚黏膜、心臟、腎臟、消化系統(tǒng)、血液系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)及出現(xiàn)多漿膜腔積液,臨床表現(xiàn)多樣,但合并乳糜性腹水及脾梗死罕見�，F(xiàn)報(bào)道1例以引起臨床醫(yī)師的重視,提高臨床診治。1病歷資料患者女,48歲,因"發(fā)現(xiàn)皮膚紅斑18個(gè)月,腹脹4個(gè)月"于2016年5月18日入院。入院查體:貧血貌,面部可見紅斑,雙肺呼吸音低,腹膨隆,
[Abstract]:SLEs (positive systemic lupus erythematosus) is a diffuse autoimmune disease, often involving skin and mucosa, heart, kidney, digestive system, blood system, nervous system and multiple serous cavity effusion.But with chylous ascites and splenic infarction is rare.This paper reports a case of 48 years old who was admitted to hospital on May 18, 2016 because of "18 months and 4 months of abdominal distention" in order to arouse the attention of clinicians and improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of patients with erythema erythema (18 months) and abdominal distension (4 months).Admission examination: anemia appearance, erythema on the face, low respiratory tone in both lungs, abdominal distention,
