【摘要】：目的探討積雪苷片聯(lián)合熱敷藥外敷對局限性硬皮病患者療效觀察及皮膚硬度和關節(jié)功能的影響。方法選取我院診治的局限性硬皮病患者96例,按照隨機數(shù)字表法分組,對照組32例予以積雪苷片聯(lián)合肝素鈉軟膏外用治療,空白對照組32例給予積雪苷片聯(lián)合熱敷治療,治療組32例予以積雪苷片聯(lián)合熱敷藥外敷治療,由專業(yè)人員記錄臨床癥狀評分、血清細胞因子水平,采用免疫組織化學SP法檢測皮損VEGF及TGF-β1水平,同時對比臨床療效及并發(fā)癥。結果對照組有效率75.00%,空白對照組有效率59.38%,均低于治療組有效率(93.75%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);與治療前比較,三組患者治療后皮膚硬度、關節(jié)功能及關節(jié)痛評分降低,血清白介素2α受體(sI L-2R)、TNF-α水平降低,治療后皮損VEGF及TGF-β1水平降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);與對照組及空白對照組相比,治療組皮膚硬度、關節(jié)功能及關節(jié)痛評分較低,血清sI L-2R,TNF-α水平較低,治療后皮損VEGF及TGF-β1表達較低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論積雪苷片聯(lián)合熱敷藥外敷可以降低局限性硬皮病患者皮膚硬度積分及關節(jié)功能積分,療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of snow glycoside tablets combined with hot compress on local scleroderma and the effects of skin hardness and joint function.Methods Ninety-six patients with localized scleroderma in our hospital were divided into two groups: the control group (n = 32) was treated with snow glycoside tablet combined with heparin sodium ointment, and the blank control group (n = 32) was treated with snow glycoside tablet combined with hot compress.32 patients in the treatment group were treated with snow glycoside tablets combined with hot compress. The clinical symptom score and serum cytokine levels were recorded by professionals. The levels of VEGF and TGF- 尾 1 in skin lesions were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The clinical efficacy and complications were compared.Results the effective rate was 75.00 in the control group and 59.38 in the blank control group, which was lower than that in the treatment group and 93.755.The difference was statistically significant (P0.055.Compared with that before treatment, the skin hardness, joint function and joint pain score of the three groups were decreased after treatment.The levels of VEGF and TGF- 尾 1 in skin lesions were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group and the blank control group, and the skin hardness, joint function and joint pain score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and the blank control group.The expression of VEGF and TGF- 尾 1 in skin lesions was lower after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the skin hardness score and joint function score of the patients with localized scleroderma can be reduced by the combination of snow glycoside tablets and hot compress, and the curative effect is remarkable.
