【摘要】：目的對(duì)阿托伐他汀對(duì)高血壓合并高低密度脂蛋白膽固醇血癥患者腎功能的影響進(jìn)行分析研究,以供參考。方法選取我院2016年4月1日至2017年4月1日接受治療的高血壓合并高低密度脂蛋白膽固醇血癥患者114例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)分組原則,對(duì)參與研究患者分組,對(duì)照組患者使用苯磺酸氨氯地平進(jìn)行治療,研究組患者則在對(duì)照組患者的基礎(chǔ)上,使用阿托伐他汀進(jìn)行治療,對(duì)兩組患者的血壓、高低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、尿微量白蛋白以及不良反應(yīng)進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。結(jié)果研究組患者的血壓情況、高低密度脂蛋白膽固醇以及尿微量白蛋白的改善情況明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者,且研究組患者的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組患者。認(rèn)為差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)高血壓合并高低密度脂蛋白膽固醇血癥患者使用阿托伐他汀進(jìn)行治療,可有效改善患者的血壓情況、以及膽固醇各項(xiàng)指標(biāo),且對(duì)患者的腎功能有著極大的促進(jìn)作用,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)患者的治療效果,具有較高的臨床研究?jī)r(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of Atto vastatin on renal function in patients with hypertension and high density lipoprotein cholesterol.Methods 114 patients with hypertension and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were selected from April 1, 2016 to April 1, 2017 in our hospital. According to the principle of random grouping, the patients were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine benzenesulfonic acid, while the patients in the study group were treated with Atto vastatin on the basis of the patients in the control group.Urinary microalbuminuria and adverse reactions were compared.Results the improvement of blood pressure, high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol and urinary microalbumin in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the use of Atto vastatin in patients with hypertension and high density lipoprotein cholesterol can effectively improve the blood pressure and cholesterol indexes, and can promote the renal function of the patients.Further strengthening the therapeutic effect of patients has high clinical research value.
