【摘要】：目的觀察脈絡(luò)寧口服液聯(lián)合甲鈷胺片治療老年糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變(DPN)的療效。方法將49例DPN患者隨機(jī)分為治療組(n=24)和對照組(n=25)。兩組患者均采用甲鈷胺片治療,治療組加用脈絡(luò)寧口服液,兩組均治療3個(gè)月。比較兩組患者的多倫多臨床評分系統(tǒng)(TCSS)評分、中醫(yī)癥狀量化評分。根據(jù)中醫(yī)癥狀量化評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)判斷患者療效。結(jié)果兩組患者治療后TCSS評分均明顯低于治療前(均P0.05)。治療組患者治療后的TCSS評分明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。治療組治療后中醫(yī)癥狀量化評分明顯低于治療前(P0.05)。治療組治療后中醫(yī)癥狀量化評分明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。治療組患者總有效率(88%)明顯高于對照組(50%)(χ~2=6.631,P=0.01)。結(jié)論脈絡(luò)寧口服液聯(lián)合甲鈷胺片對DPN治療安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of Mailuoning oral liquid combined with mecobalamin tablets in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in elderly patients. Methods 49 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 49) and control group (n = 25). The treatment group was treated with Mailuoning oral liquid for 3 months. The TCSS scores of the two groups were compared. Results the TCSS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P 0.05). The TCSS score of the patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment. After treatment, the quantitative score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Liquid and mecobalamin tablets are safe and effective in the treatment of DPN.
