【摘要】：目的了解系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡(SLE)患者身體意像、自尊及其與心理困擾的關(guān)系。方法選取安徽省三級甲等醫(yī)院風濕內(nèi)科住院的184例SLE患者,采用體像擔憂問卷(BICI)、自尊量表(SES)以及心理困擾管理量表(DM)進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果身體意象得分為(50.96±9.54)分,自尊得分為(34.26±5.32)分,心理困擾得分為(5.07±2.63)分。身體意象與心理困擾呈正相關(guān)(r=0.52,P0.05);自尊與心理困擾呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.34,P0.05);身體意象與自尊呈正相關(guān)(r=0.42,P0.05)。身體意象對心理困擾有正向預測作用(β=0.37),而自尊對心理困擾呈負向預測(β=-0.23)。結(jié)論 SLE患者的身體意象、自尊得分較高,心理困擾水平中等偏上,身體意象、自尊與心理困擾存在著相關(guān)性并對心理困擾具有預測作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between physical image, self-esteem and psychological distress in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods 184 patients with SLE in Department of Rheumatology, Grade 3A Hospital in Anhui Province were selected. Body image anxiety questionnaire (BICI), Self-esteem scale (SES) and Mental disturbance Management scale (MMS) were used. Results the scores of body image and self-esteem were 50.96 鹵9.54 and 34.26 鹵5.32, respectively. The score of mental distress was 5.07 鹵2.63). There was a positive correlation between physical image and mental distress, a positive correlation between physical image and mental distress, a negative correlation between self-esteem and mental distress, a negative correlation between self-esteem and mental distress, a positive correlation between physical image and self-esteem, and a positive predictive effect of body image on mental distress (尾 0.37). Conclusion the body image of SLE patients is negatively predicted (尾 -0.23). The score of self-esteem is high, the level of psychological distress is higher, the body image, self-esteem and psychological distress have a correlation and have a predictive effect on psychological distress.
