【摘要】：目的探討老年糖尿病患者健康素養(yǎng)與治療依從性現(xiàn)狀及其相關(guān)性。方法糖尿病患者300例,應(yīng)用健康素養(yǎng)量表和糖尿病治療依從性量表調(diào)查患者健康素養(yǎng)和治療依從性情況,應(yīng)用多元逐步回歸分析健康素養(yǎng)和治療依從性的影響因素,應(yīng)用Spearson相關(guān)性分析健康素養(yǎng)與治療依從性的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果健康素養(yǎng)缺乏者為67例,臨界健康素養(yǎng)者30例,健康素養(yǎng)充足者203例;治療依從性總得分(50.49±5.24)分,其中遵醫(yī)依從性得分(17.23±0.74)分,服藥依從性得分(16.07±0.75)分,健康行為依從性得分(8.84±1.03)分,飲食依從性得分(7.74±0.79)分;多元逐步回歸分析顯示:性別、年齡、配偶、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、病程及并發(fā)癥是健康素養(yǎng)的影響因素(P0.05),年齡、配偶、工作狀況、文化程度、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、病程是治療依從性的影響因素(P0.05);相關(guān)性分析顯示:總健康素養(yǎng)和閱讀素養(yǎng)與遵醫(yī)依從性、服藥依從性、健康行為依從性呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);理解能力與遵醫(yī)依從性、服藥依從性、健康行為依從性、飲食依從性呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),運(yùn)算能力與遵醫(yī)依從性、服藥依從性、健康行為依從性呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),總健康素養(yǎng)、閱讀素養(yǎng)、運(yùn)算能力與飲食依從性無相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年糖尿病患者健康素養(yǎng)水平較高,但是存在部分健康素養(yǎng)缺乏,飲食和健康行為治療依從性差。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the elderly patients with diabetes health literacy and treatment compliance status and correlation. Methods 300 cases of patients with diabetes, application of health literacy scale and diabetes treatment compliance questionnaire of health literacy and treatment compliance of patients, using multiple stepwise regression analysis of influencing factors of health literacy and treatment compliance, using Spearson correlation analysis method of health quality and compliance of treatment. Results the lack of health literacy was 67 cases, 30 cases of 203 cases of critical health literacy, health literacy is sufficient; treatment compliance score (50.49 + 5.24) points, including compliance score (17.23 + 0.74), compliance score (16.07 + 0.75) points, health behavior compliance score (8.84 + 1.03), diet compliance score (7.74 + 0.79); multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that gender, age, spouse, medical insurance, course and complications is Influence factors of health literacy (P0.05), age, spouse, work status, education level, income, duration of influencing factors of treatment compliance (P0.05); correlation analysis showed that the total health and literacy and compliance, medication compliance and health behavior compliance was positively related (P0.05); understanding and compliance, compliance, compliance and health behavior, diet compliance was positively related (P0.05), operation ability and compliance, compliance, compliance was positively related to health behavior (P0.05), total health literacy, reading literacy, operation ability and diet compliance related (P0.05) in elderly patients with diabetes. Conclusion the health literacy level is high, but there are some lack of health literacy, diet and health behaviors of poor treatment compliance.
