【摘要】：目的:探討單核細胞CD141及血小板CD36對甲狀腺功能減退癥患者(PWH)外周血管內(nèi)皮功能的影響。方法:PWH組52例,40例健康體檢者為對照組,流式細胞儀檢測外周血單核細胞CD141及血小板CD36;彩色多普勒檢測肱動脈血流介導(dǎo)的血管內(nèi)皮舒張功能(FMD)。比較兩組單核細胞表達CD141、血小板表達CD36的差異及FMD(%)的差異;Pearson法分析CD141及CD36與FMD(%)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:單核細胞CD141(%)PWH組為21.79±9.45,對照組為18.84±9.64,PWH組明顯高于對照組(P0.01);血小板CD36(%)PWH組為34.26±10.23,對照組為28.65±9.53,PWH組明顯高于對照組(P0.01)。FMD%PWH組為8.65±1.97,對照組為11.25±2.72,PWH組明顯低于對照組(P0.01)。CD141與FMD%存在負相關(guān)(r=-0.657,P0.01);CD36與FMD%存在負相關(guān)(r=-0.557,P0.01)。結(jié)論:PWH組單核細胞CD141及血小板CD36均明顯高于對照組;CD141及CD36與血管內(nèi)皮舒張功能均存在負相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of monocyte CD141 and platelet CD36 on peripheral vascular endothelial function in patients with hypothyroidism. Flow cytometry was used to detect CD141 and platelet CD36 in peripheral blood monocytes, and color doppler was used to detect vascular endothelial diastolic function mediated by brachial artery flow. The expression of CD141 in monocytes, the difference of CD36 expression in platelets and the difference between two groups were compared. Results: the correlation between CD141 and CD36 in monocyte CD141(%)PWH group was 21.79 鹵9.45, and that in control group was 18.84 鹵9.64 CD141(%)PWH group, which was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.01), platelet CD36(%)PWH group (34.26 鹵10.23), control group (28.65 鹵9.53) PWH group (8.65 鹵1.97), and control group (11.25 鹵2.72) PWH group (8.65 鹵1.97). Compared with the control group, there was a negative correlation between CD141 and FMD%. Conclusion the monocyte CD141 and platelet CD36 in the WPWH group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). There was a negative correlation between CD36 and FMD%. Conclusion there is a negative correlation between CD141 and CD36 and vascular endothelium diastolic function in the control group.
