【摘要】：目的:探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療老年骨質(zhì)疏松疼痛的臨床治療效果;方法:將醫(yī)院2015年7月—2016年7月收治的60例老年骨質(zhì)疏松疼痛患者分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組各30例,對(duì)照組患者使用西藥進(jìn)行治療,觀察組患者在西醫(yī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合中醫(yī)進(jìn)行治療,對(duì)比兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果:兩組患者經(jīng)過(guò)治療后,對(duì)照組的治療總有效率為90%,觀察組的治療總有效率為96.6%,兩組的治療總有效率相比差異具有顯著性(P0.05);觀察組進(jìn)行疼痛VAS評(píng)分后得分為(0.66±0.23),對(duì)照組疼痛VAS評(píng)分得分為(1.81±0.83),兩組患者相比差異顯著,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者治療后骨密度指標(biāo)BMD(0.67±0.11)g/cm~2明顯比對(duì)照組(0.60±0.10)g/cm~2高,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合的方法治療老年骨質(zhì)疏松可以取得良好的治療效果,有助于緩解患者的疼痛,改善病人的骨密度,幫助病人恢復(fù)健康,提高病人的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporosis pain. Methods: from July 2015 to July 2016, 60 elderly patients with osteoporosis pain were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine treatment, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after treatment, the patients in the two groups were treated. The total effective rate of treatment was 90 in the control group and 96.6in the observation group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate of treatment (P 0.05), the VAS score of pain in the observation group was 0.66 鹵0.23, and the VAS score of pain in the control group was 1.81 鹵0.83. There was a significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, the BMD in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (0.60 鹵0.10g / cm ~ (-2)), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of senile osteoporosis with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can achieve a good therapeutic effect. It helps to relieve pain, improve bone mineral density, restore health and improve the quality of life.
