【摘要】：目的探討冰黃藥凝膠對糖尿病足潰瘍感染創(chuàng)面的治療效果,為糖尿病足潰瘍感染的臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2015年12月-2016年12月醫(yī)院收治的糖尿病足潰瘍感染的患者88例為研究對象,根據(jù)治療方法分為研究組和對照組,各44例;對照組患者給予氯化鈉、胰島素和慶大霉素紗布敷貼,研究組患者給予冰黃藥凝膠治療;對兩組感染病原菌、生化指標、潰瘍面愈合指標和臨床療效進行觀察。結果研究組感染患者共檢出病原菌58株,對照組感染患者共檢出57株病原菌,兩組患者均以銅綠假單胞菌為主;研究組患者的各項生化指標水平與對照組差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;研究組患者的潰瘍面愈合時間、潰瘍面面積和創(chuàng)面閉合指數(shù)分別為(15.34±7.23)d、(2.06±0.34)cm~2和(97.45±3.13)%均顯著優(yōu)于對照組的(20.62±9.31)d、(4.01±2.65)cm~2和(82.53±6.11)%(P均0.05);研究組患者的總有效率為90.91%顯著高于對照組72.73%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論冰黃藥凝膠能有效促進糖尿病足患者潰瘍創(chuàng)面的愈合,提高臨床綜合治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of ice xanthate gel on diabetic foot ulcer infection wound. Methods from December 2015 to December 2016, 88 patients with diabetic foot ulcer infection were divided into study group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with sodium chloride, insulin and gentamicin gauze, and the patients in the study group were treated with ice xanthate gel. Results 58 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in the study group and 57 strains in the control group. The two groups were mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa. There was no significant difference in biochemical indexes between the study group and the control group, and the ulcer healing time of the patients in the study group was not significantly different from that in the control group. The surface area of ulcer and wound closure index were 15.34 鹵7.23g / cm ~ (-2) and 97.45 鹵3.13%, respectively, which were significantly better than those of control group (20.62 鹵9.31) (4.01 鹵2.65) cm ~ (-1) and (82.53 鹵6.11) P 0.05.The total effective rate of patients in study group was 90.91% significantly higher than that in control group (72.73), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).
