【摘要】：目的分析探討卵巢早衰(POF)與ABO血型及A型行為人格的關(guān)系。方法入組人群進(jìn)行流行因素及A型行為人格的問卷調(diào)查,選擇問卷合格的280例POF組及280例對照組,然后采用X~2檢驗對上述資料進(jìn)行驗證性校驗,并用logistic進(jìn)行多因素之間的回歸分析,計算各研究因素,即年齡、POF家族史、月經(jīng)周期、文化程度、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、ABO血型及A型行為人格特征這7種研究因素是否與POF的關(guān)聯(lián),及其關(guān)聯(lián)的強(qiáng)度。計算其OR值及其95%的可信區(qū)間。結(jié)果在POF患者中,A型血者所占比例最高,其次為B型及AB型,O型所占比例最低,但是各組頻率間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。POF患者中A型行為人格所占的比例較高,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。經(jīng)過logistic多元回歸分析,A型行為人格是POF的獨(dú)立危險因子(OR=7.738,95%CI:5.236~11.436)。而其他6種研究因素均與POF的發(fā)病無相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論 POF患者的血型分布與正常人群的血型分布差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,而POF與A型行為人格顯著相關(guān),A型行為人格者發(fā)生POF的概率顯著性高于非A型行為人格者。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between POF and ABO blood type and type A behavioral personality. Methods the epidemic factors and type A behavioral personality were investigated by questionnaire, and 280 cases of POF and 280 cases of control group were selected. Then the data were verified by X2 test, and the multiple factors were analyzed by logistic regression analysis, and the family history, menstrual cycle, and education level were calculated. The body mass index (BMI) and ABO blood group and behavioral personality characteristics of type A were related to POF and the intensity of correlation. The OR value and its confidence interval of 95% were calculated. The results showed that the proportion of type A blood was the highest in patients with POF. The proportion of type A behavioral personality was the lowest in patients with type B and type AB, but there was no significant difference in frequency among each group. The proportion of type A behavioral personality was higher in patients with P0.05. POF. By logistic regression analysis, type A behavioral personality was the independent risk factor of POF. The other six factors were not correlated with the incidence of POF (P 0.05). Conclusion the blood group distribution of POF patients and normal population is higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), while the other six factors are not correlated with the incidence of POF. [WT5 "HZ] [WT5" HZ] [WT5 "HZ] [WT5" BZ] [WT5BZ] the risk factor for POF is the type A behavior personality. There was no significant difference in the distribution of blood groups between the two groups. However, the probability of occurrence of POF in type A behavioral personality was significantly higher than that in non-A type behavior personality.
