【摘要】：目的觀察老年2型糖尿病合并腦梗死患者血清網(wǎng)膜素1、脂聯(lián)素水平變化,并探討其臨床意義。方法選取2型糖尿病合并腦梗死患者50例(A組)、單純2型糖尿病患者50例(B組)、體檢健康者50例(C組)。收集各組臨床資料,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定血清網(wǎng)膜素1、脂聯(lián)素水平。采用直線相關(guān)分析血清網(wǎng)膜素1、脂聯(lián)素與血糖、血壓、血脂及胰島素抵抗等相關(guān)指標的關(guān)系,Logistic逐步回歸分析2型糖尿病并發(fā)腦梗死的影響因素。結(jié)果A組血清網(wǎng)膜素1、脂聯(lián)素水平較其他兩組低(P均0.05),B組較C組低(P均0.05)。血清網(wǎng)膜素1、脂聯(lián)素與腰臀比、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)、舒張壓、空腹血糖、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)、糖化血紅蛋白、甘油三酯呈負相關(guān)(P均0.05),與低密度脂蛋白膽固醇呈正相關(guān)(P均0.05),血清網(wǎng)膜素1與脂聯(lián)素呈正相關(guān)(P均0.05)。血清網(wǎng)膜素1、脂聯(lián)素是2型糖尿病發(fā)病的影響因素(P均0.05),也是2型糖尿病并發(fā)腦梗死的影響因素(P均0.05)。結(jié)論老年2型糖尿病合并腦梗死患者血清網(wǎng)膜素1、脂聯(lián)素水平降低,二者共同參與該病的發(fā)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum omentin-1 and adiponectin levels in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction, 50 patients with physical examination. The serum levels of omentin 1 and adiponectin were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa), and the levels of serum omentin 1, adiponectin and blood glucose, blood pressure were analyzed by linear correlation analysis. Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that serum omentin 1 and adiponectin levels in group A were lower than those in other two groups (P < 0.05 or P < 0.05). Serum omentin 1, adiponectin to waist-hip ratio, Body mass index, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, insulin resistance index, glycosylated hemoglobin, There was a negative correlation between triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (P < 0.05), and a positive correlation between serum omentin-1 and adiponectin (P = 0.05). Conclusion Serum omentin 1 and adiponectin level in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction were lower than those in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction. Both participate in the occurrence and development of the disease.
