【摘要】：目的:探討冠心病合并糖尿病患者血清心肌錨定重復(fù)蛋白(CARP)水平和冠脈病變的關(guān)系。方法:選擇住院并接受冠脈造影的患者147例,其中正常對(duì)照組(A組)33例,單純冠心病組(B組)51例,冠心病合并糖尿病組(C組)63例,測(cè)定血清CARP、糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)水平,冠脈造影計(jì)算Gensini評(píng)分,探究CARP與它們的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:冠心病合并糖尿病組血清CARP水平(24.39±8.31)較單純冠心病組(14.31±7.77)及對(duì)照組(7.90±4.29)明顯升高,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05,P0.01);單純冠心病組(r=0.670,P0.01)及冠心病合并糖尿病組(r=0.732,P0.01)血清CARP水平與Gensini評(píng)分均呈正相關(guān);冠心病合并糖尿病組血清CARP水平與HbA1c(r=0.590,P0.05)呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:(1)血清CARP有望成為冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠脈病變嚴(yán)重程度的新型預(yù)測(cè)標(biāo)志物。(2)冠心病合并糖尿病患者血清CARP水平與HbAlc呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between serum myocardial anchored repeat protein (CARP) level and coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus. There were 51 patients in group B and 63 patients in group C of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus. The serum levels of CARPand HbA1cwere measured. The Gensini score was calculated by coronary angiography. Results: the serum CARP level in CHD with diabetes mellitus was 24.39 鹵8.31), which was significantly higher than that in coronary heart disease group (14.31 鹵7.77) and control group (7.90 鹵4.29). There was a positive correlation between the serum CARP level and the Gensini score in the coronary heart disease group (P 0.05) and the coronary heart disease (CHD) group (P 0.01) and the coronary heart disease (CHD) group with diabetes mellitus (P 0.01). There was a positive correlation between serum CARP level and HBA _ 1cr ~ (0.590) P _ (0.05) in coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion the serum CARP may be a new marker for predicting the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus. The level of CARP was positively correlated with HbAlc.
