【摘要】：血小板反應(yīng)蛋白1(thrombospondin-1,TSP-1)是一種重要的細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)糖蛋白,也是公認(rèn)有效的內(nèi)源性血管生成抑制因子,能影響及調(diào)控內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的黏附、運(yùn)動(dòng)、增殖,且與腫瘤及多種新生血管性疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。近年來,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)TSP-1與糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變的許多病理改變相關(guān)且對于視網(wǎng)膜血管平衡的維持至關(guān)重要。本文就TSP-1的作用機(jī)制及其在糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變中的作用進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Thrombospondin-1) is an important extracellular matrix glycoprotein. It is also recognized as an effective endogenous angiogenesis inhibitor, which can affect and regulate the adhesion, movement and proliferation of endothelial cells. And it is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor and many kinds of neovascularization diseases. It has been found that TSP-1 is related to many pathological changes of diabetic retinopathy and is very important for the maintenance of retinal vascular balance. This article reviews the mechanism of TSP-1 and its role in diabetic retinopathy.
