【摘要】：目的研究糖尿病(DM)動脈粥樣硬化患者臨床前期幽門螺桿菌(HP)感染狀況,分析患者幽門螺桿菌感染與頸動脈粥樣硬化的相關性。方法選取2012年3月-2014年3月來醫(yī)院進行治療的DM患者160例,其中80例感染HP的患者設為試驗組,未感染HP的患者設為對照組,比較兩組患者的血糖、血脂、血壓、頸動脈內膜中層厚度(IMT)以及炎性因子。結果試驗組總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均高于對照組,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)較對照組而言有所減少,兩組患者血脂比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);試驗組患者空腹血糖(FPG)低于對照組;而收縮壓(SBP)、舒張壓(DBP)均高于對照組,且兩組患者的血壓比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);試驗組患者的IMT及炎性因子CRP、IL-6、IL-8均高于對照組患者,IL-10較對照組而言明顯減少,兩組患者的IMT及各炎性因子比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論 DM患者較易感染HP,且HP的持續(xù)感染和患者頸動脈粥樣硬化之間存在密切的關系,應予以重視,并進行針對性治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the preclinical infection of Helicobacter pylori (HP) in patients with atherosclerotic diabetes mellitus (DMN). To analyze the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and carotid atherosclerosis. Methods A total of 160 DM patients who were treated in hospital from March 2012 to March 2014, 80 of whom were infected with HP, were selected as experimental group. The blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. However, HDL-C of high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) was lower than that of control group (P 0.05), fasting blood glucose (FPG) was lower in the trial group than that in the control group, but systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were higher than those in the control group. The difference of blood pressure between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The levels of IMT and IL-8 in the patients in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The levels of IMT and inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion DM patients are more susceptible to infection of HPand there is a close relationship between HP persistent infection and carotid atherosclerosis, which should be paid attention to and targeted treatment.
