新疆伊寧市不同民族中學(xué)生艾滋病健康教育干預(yù)效果分析

【摘要】:目的評價伊寧市不同語種授課學(xué)校開展艾滋病(AIDS)健康教育活動的效果,探索青少年艾滋病防治策略和方法。方法采取整群隨機抽樣的方法,分別抽取伊寧市以漢語、哈薩克語、維吾爾語授課的3所普通中學(xué),對初中三個年級每年級隨機抽取一個班的學(xué)生,進行為期2個月的干預(yù)活動,活動前后通過問卷評估調(diào)查干預(yù)活動的效果。結(jié)果共調(diào)查不同民族學(xué)生480人。干預(yù)前有效問卷471份,干預(yù)后有效問卷474份。漢族、哈薩克族、維吾爾族中學(xué)生艾滋病防治核心知識總體知曉率,干預(yù)前分別為72.29%、43.17%和41.22%,干預(yù)后總知曉率分別提升為87.34%、67.33%、69.24%。干預(yù)后,哈薩克族、維吾爾族學(xué)生較漢族學(xué)生正向態(tài)度持有率高,在"是否愿意為感染艾滋病的同學(xué)或朋友提供幫助"的問題上,哈薩克族學(xué)生、維吾爾族學(xué)生較漢族學(xué)生正向態(tài)度持有率高,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(x_哈~2=14.181、x_維~2=27.323,P均0.05);各民族學(xué)生喜歡的獲取知識途徑也由干預(yù)前的電視最多轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷W(xué)校教育最多(P0.05)。結(jié)論今后應(yīng)當(dāng)加強少數(shù)民族地區(qū)學(xué)校艾滋病防治健康教育工作的督導(dǎo)和師資培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of HIV / AIDS AIDS health education in different language teaching schools in Yining, and to explore the strategies and methods of prevention and treatment of AIDS among adolescents. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select Yining City in Chinese and Kazak, respectively. The three Uygur language schools conducted a two-month intervention to randomly select a class of students from three grades of junior high school each year. Results A total of 480 students from different nationalities were investigated. 471 valid questionnaires before and after intervention, 474 valid questionnaires after intervention. The overall awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control core knowledge in Uygur middle school students was 72.293.17% and 41.2222% before the intervention, respectively. After the intervention, the total awareness rate was raised to 87.34% and 67.33% 69.24 respectively. After the intervention, Kazakh and Uygur students held a higher positive attitude than the Han students. Kazakh and Uygur students are more likely to hold positive attitudes than Han students on whether they are willing to help students or friends who are infected with AIDS. The difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). The students of all nationalities like to acquire knowledge from television before intervention to school education. Conclusion the prevention and control of AIDS in schools in ethnic minority areas should be strengthened in the future. Supervision of health education and teacher training.
