【摘要】：全球性肥胖流行問題愈發(fā)嚴(yán)峻,而脂肪組織本身可能是解決這個(gè)問題的關(guān)鍵。人和哺乳動(dòng)物體內(nèi)存在兩種脂肪組織,發(fā)揮著截然相反的作用。與白色脂肪組織存儲(chǔ)機(jī)體過剩的能量不同,棕色脂肪組織中存在獨(dú)特的解偶聯(lián)蛋白,能將脂肪酸氧化磷酸化,釋放熱能,增加能量消耗。因此,通過激活棕色脂肪組織產(chǎn)熱,加速體內(nèi)儲(chǔ)存的脂質(zhì)氧化磷酸化,成為了一種新的預(yù)防和治療肥胖的手段。論文闡述影響棕色脂肪產(chǎn)熱活性的因素以及相關(guān)機(jī)制,旨在為肥胖的治療提供新的思路和方向。
[Abstract]:The global obesity epidemic is getting worse, and adipose tissue itself may be the key. There are two types of adipose tissue in humans and mammals. Unlike white adipose tissue, which stores excess energy, brown adipose tissue has unique uncoupling proteins that oxidize fatty acids, release heat, and increase energy consumption. By activating heat production in brown adipose tissue and accelerating lipid oxidative phosphorylation in vivo, it has become a new method to prevent and treat obesity. The aim is to provide new ideas and directions for the treatment of obesity.
