【摘要】：目的:了解利拉魯肽對(duì)糖尿病腎病患者炎癥因子影響的研究進(jìn)展。方法:查閱近年來國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),就利拉魯肽的作用機(jī)制和對(duì)糖尿病腎病患者炎癥因子的影響進(jìn)行歸納和總結(jié)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:利拉魯肽是胰高糖素樣肽-1的類似物,作用機(jī)制廣泛,具有保護(hù)胰島B細(xì)胞、降低血糖、減輕體質(zhì)量、保護(hù)心臟和抑制炎癥反應(yīng)等作用。利拉魯肽抑制糖尿病腎病炎癥因子表現(xiàn)為下調(diào)腫瘤壞死因子-α在機(jī)體的表達(dá),減輕氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng);作用于血管緊張素(AngⅡ)-1受體和AngⅡ-2受體,改善AngⅡ?qū)δI的損傷;降低白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-1β,改善胰島功能;下調(diào)血清中的IL-6水平等。對(duì)利拉魯肽延緩腎損害的深入研究將為其用于糖尿病腎病的臨床治療提供有力的支持。
