【摘要】：正慢性移植腎腎病(CAN)被認(rèn)為是導(dǎo)致移植腎晚期功能喪失(失功)的主要原因,但由于其沒(méi)有特異性的臨床表現(xiàn)和組織學(xué)特征,不能充分有效地闡明疾病潛在的發(fā)展過(guò)程,間質(zhì)纖維化和腎小管萎縮壞死(IF/TA)不能完全代替CAN,但其有具體性的移植腎失功的組織形態(tài)學(xué)改變特征,便于研究移植腎晚期失功的形成原因,本文就移植術(shù)后的IF/TA發(fā)病機(jī)制、診斷及治療進(jìn)行綜述,并介紹其相關(guān)的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Chronic and orthotopic renal allograft nephropathy (CAN) is considered to be the main cause of late renal allograft failure. However, due to its lack of specific clinical and histological features, it is not able to fully and effectively clarify the potential development process of the disease. Interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy and necrosis (IF/TA) can not completely replace CAN, but it has specific morphological features of renal allograft failure, which facilitates the study of the causes of late renal allograft failure. In this paper, the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of IF/TA after transplantation are reviewed, and the related research progress is introduced.
