【摘要】：目的探討腎細(xì)胞癌(RCC)組織中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、CD44表達(dá)與患者臨床病理特征及循環(huán)腫瘤細(xì)胞(CTC)數(shù)量、分型的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組化染色法檢測104例RCC標(biāo)本及10例正常腎組織標(biāo)本中MMP-9、CD44蛋白表達(dá),用陽性富集法檢測其CTC并分型。結(jié)果 RCC組織中MMP-9、CD44蛋白陽性表達(dá)率與正常腎臟組織比較,P均0.05。MMP-9、CD44蛋白表達(dá)與Fuhrman分級有關(guān)(P均0.05)。CTC檢測結(jié)果陽性患者其RCC組織MMP-9、CD44蛋白陽性表達(dá)率與陰性患者比較,P均0.05。檢出間質(zhì)型CTC的患者,其RCC組織中MMP9、CD44蛋白陽性表達(dá)率與檢出上皮型CTC、混合型CTC患者比較,P均0.05。結(jié)論 MMP-9、CD44在RCC組織中呈高表達(dá),二者表達(dá)變化與RCC臨床病理分級及CTC數(shù)量、分型有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and the clinicopathological features, the number and classification of circulating tumor cells (CTC). Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of MMP-9,CD44 protein in 104 RCC specimens and 10 normal renal tissues. The CTC expression was detected by positive enrichment method. Results the positive expression rate of MMP-9,CD44 protein in RCC tissue was higher than that in normal kidney tissue. The expression of MMP-9,CD44 protein was correlated with Fuhrman grade (P 0.05). CTC). The positive expression rate of CD44 protein was higher than that of negative patients (P < 0.05). The positive expression rate of MMP9,CD44 protein in RCC of patients with interstitial type CTC was higher than that of patients with epithelial CTC, mixed type CTC (P 0.05). Conclusion there is a high expression of MMP-9,CD44 in RCC tissues, and the expression of both is related to the clinicopathological grade, the quantity of CTC and the type of RCC.
