Girdin在膀胱癌和腎癌組織中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義

【摘要】:目的: 明確Girdin在膀胱癌、腎癌及其正常黏膜中的表達(dá)情況,并分析Girdin與膀胱癌和腎癌臨床病理分級(jí)分期等因素的相關(guān)性,進(jìn)一步探討Girdin蛋白與膀胱癌和腎癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展、浸潤轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系,尋找與膀胱癌和腎癌浸潤轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)的早期預(yù)測(cè)標(biāo)志,并為未來的阻斷治療提供理論上的基礎(chǔ)。 方法: 1.采用免疫組織化學(xué)染色法分別檢測(cè)80例膀胱癌組織、20例正常膀胱粘膜組織及80例腎癌組織、20例正常腎組織中Girdin的表達(dá)情況,并結(jié)合臨床病理因素進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。 2.統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理:采用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件包SPSS20.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,免疫組化結(jié)果中表達(dá)強(qiáng)度的比較采用兩獨(dú)立樣本的Wilcoxon秩和檢驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),高表達(dá)率的比較采用χ2檢驗(yàn)(chi-square),表達(dá)強(qiáng)度的相關(guān)性分析采用Spearman等級(jí)相關(guān)檢驗(yàn)。 結(jié)果: 1. Girdin在膀胱癌組織和正常膀胱粘膜組織中表達(dá)強(qiáng)度的差異有顯著性(Z=-2.572,P=0.010),高表達(dá)率的差異有顯著性(χ2=4.558,P=0.033),膀胱癌組織中Girdin的表達(dá)明顯增強(qiáng)。Girdin的表達(dá)強(qiáng)度在患者性別、年齡、病理分級(jí)和尿脫落細(xì)胞結(jié)果組中的差異無顯著性,而在病理分期、吸煙組中的差異有顯著性(Z=-2.600, P=0.009; Z=-2.672,p=0.008)。Girdin的高表達(dá)率在患者性別、年齡、病理分級(jí)和尿脫落細(xì)胞結(jié)果組中的差異無顯著性,而在病理分期、吸煙組中的差異有顯著性(χ2=4.832, P=0.028;χ2=4.872, P=0.027)。 2. Girdin在腎癌組織和正常腎組織中表達(dá)強(qiáng)度的差異有顯著性(Z=-2.537,P=0.011),高表達(dá)率的差異有顯著性(χ2=5.580,P=-0.018),腎癌組織中c-Met的表達(dá)明顯增強(qiáng)。Girdin的表達(dá)強(qiáng)度在患者性別、年齡、病理分級(jí)、吸煙和尿脫落細(xì)胞結(jié)果組中的差異無顯著性,而在病理分期組中的差異有顯著性(Z=-2.958,P=0.003)。Girdin的高表達(dá)率在患者性別、年齡、病理分級(jí)、吸煙和遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移結(jié)果組中的差異無顯著性,而在病理分期組中的差異有顯著性(χ2=5.074,P=0.024)。 結(jié)論: 1.膀胱癌組織中Girdin的表達(dá)強(qiáng)度和高表達(dá)率明顯高于正常膀胱粘膜組織,腎癌組織中Girdin的表達(dá)強(qiáng)度和高表達(dá)率明顯高于正常腎組織,提示Girdin可能在膀胱癌及腎癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中起重要作用。 2.膀胱癌組織中Girdin的表達(dá)強(qiáng)度和高表達(dá)率與病理分期明顯相關(guān),Girdin與膀胱癌的侵襲能力有關(guān)。 3. Girdin在膀胱癌和腎癌中的表達(dá)強(qiáng)度及高表達(dá)率均與患者吸煙情況有關(guān),提示吸煙也許能使Girdin高表達(dá),其對(duì)膀胱癌和腎癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展起重要作用。 4. Girdin可作為判斷膀胱癌和腎癌生物學(xué)行為的重要指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of Girdin in bladder carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma and its normal mucosa, and to analyze the correlation between Girdin and clinicopathological grade and stage of bladder cancer and renal cell carcinoma, and to explore the relationship between Girdin protein and the occurrence and development of bladder cancer and renal cell carcinoma. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Girdin in 80 cases of bladder cancer, 20 cases of normal bladder mucosa, 80 cases of renal carcinoma and 20 cases of normal kidney respectively. 2. Statistical analysis: statistical software package SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the data, the expression intensity in immunohistochemical results was compared by Wilcoxon rank sum test of two independent samples, and the high expression rate was compared by 蠂 2 test (chi-square).
