【摘要】：目的了解某后團(tuán)65歲及以上老年人慢性腎臟病(CKD)的患病率及相關(guān)因素。方法兵團(tuán)第四師65歲以上共2030名老年人,分布在6個(gè)社區(qū)。采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣方法,抽取2個(gè)社區(qū)334名65歲以上常住居民進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,及腎損傷指標(biāo)和相關(guān)因素的檢測(cè)。結(jié)果在資料完整的329例居民中,經(jīng)年齡校正后,清蛋白尿的患病率為22.2%,血尿的患病率為14.2%,腎功能下降的患病率為4.9%。該人群CKD的患病率為32.8%,以早期CKD 1~3期為主,知曉率為15.1%。多因素Logistic回歸顯示,與CKD相關(guān)的獨(dú)立影響因素有性別、高血壓。結(jié)論該兵團(tuán)65歲以上老年人CKD患病率較高,相關(guān)因素為性別、高血壓。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and related factors of chronic renal disease (CKD) in the elderly aged 65 and above. Methods 2030 old people over 65 years old in the 4th Division of the Corps were distributed in 6 communities. Using stratified random sampling method, 334 residents aged over 65 years old in two communities were investigated by questionnaire, and renal injury index and related factors were detected. Results among 329 residents with complete data, the prevalence rate of albuminuria, hematuria and renal function were 22.2g, 14.2and 4.9 respectively. The prevalence of CKD in this population was 32. 8%, mainly in the early stage 1 and 3 of CKD, and the awareness rate was 15. 1%. Multivariate Logistic regression showed that the independent factors associated with CKD were sex, hypertension. Conclusion the prevalence rate of CKD in the elderly over 65 years old is high, the related factors are sex and hypertension.
