【摘要】：目的探究烏魯木齊地區(qū)維吾爾族(維族)與漢族前列腺癌患者的骨轉(zhuǎn)移特點(diǎn)。方法分別對75例維族和82例漢族前列腺癌患者采用SPECT進(jìn)行全身核素骨顯像,放射免疫法分析法測定血清骨鈣素(BGP)水平,化學(xué)發(fā)光免疫分析法測血清白介素-6(IL-6)、游離前列腺特異抗原(F-PSA)和血清總前列腺特異抗原(T-PSA)水平及其比值(F/T)。結(jié)果骨顯像陽性率維族為54.67%(75例),低于漢族76.83%(82例),血清骨鈣素和IL-6水平維族均低于漢族,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);血清F-PSA和T-PSA水平,兩民族間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但其比值(F/T)維族明顯高于漢族(P0.05)。結(jié)論烏魯木齊地區(qū)維族與漢族前列腺癌患者骨轉(zhuǎn)移不同,漢族患者更容易發(fā)生骨轉(zhuǎn)移,且腫瘤代謝指標(biāo)活躍,累及范圍較廣,預(yù)后差。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of bone metastasis in Uygur (Uygur) and Han patients with prostate cancer in Urumqi. Methods whole body radionuclide bone imaging was performed in 75 patients with prostate cancer of Uighur nationality and 82 patients with prostate cancer of Han nationality. Serum osteocalcin (BGP) levels were measured by radioimmunoassay and interleukin-6 (IL-6) was measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay. Free prostate specific antigen (F-PSA) and serum total prostate specific antigen (T-PSA) and their ratio (F / T). Results the positive rate of bone scintigraphy in Uygur nationality was 54.67% (75 cases), which was lower than that in the Han nationality 76.83% (82 cases). The levels of serum osteocalcin and IL-6 in Uygur nationality were significantly lower than those in the Han nationality (P0.05). There was no significant difference in serum F-PSA and T-PSA levels between the two nationalities (P0.05), but the ratio of F- / T was significantly higher in Uygur nationality than that in Han nationality (P0.05). Conclusion Bone metastasis is more likely to occur in Uygur and Han prostate cancer patients in Urumqi than in Han nationality, and the tumor metabolism index is active, the range of involvement is wide, and the prognosis is poor.
