【摘要】：正Fournier壞疽(Fournier's gangrene)是發(fā)生于外生殖器和/或會(huì)陰的一種進(jìn)展性壞死性軟組織感染。該病是一種少見(jiàn)的泌尿外科急癥,早期診斷和及時(shí)治療可為患者挽救治療時(shí)間,但即便早期廣譜抗生素治療和外科清創(chuàng),仍可能死亡。2016年我院收治3例Fournier壞疽患者,經(jīng)積極治療后均順利出院,現(xiàn)結(jié)合臨床資料和復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),
[Abstract]:Positive Fournier gangrene (Fournier's gangrene) is a progressive necrotic soft tissue infection occurring in the external genitalia and / or perineum. The disease is a rare urological emergency. Early diagnosis and timely treatment can save time for treatment, but even early broad-spectrum antibiotic therapy and surgical debridement may still kill. Three patients with Fournier gangrene were admitted to our hospital in 2016. After active treatment, they were discharged smoothly. We are now reviewing the relevant literature and clinical data.
