【摘要】：目的探討男性不育患者生殖道溶脲脲原體感染對(duì)精液質(zhì)量的影響。方法選取2016年8月-2017年3月醫(yī)院所收治的168例男性不育患者作為不育組,另選同期成年男性志愿者150例作為已育組。比較分析兩組生殖道感染溶脲脲原體情況,生殖道溶脲脲原體感染與非感染男性不育患者精液參數(shù)、精子活動(dòng)能力及α-葡萄糖苷酶水平。結(jié)果不育組生殖道溶脲脲原體感染率35.12%顯著高于已育組24.67%(P0.05)。與溶脲脲原體陰性相比,溶脲脲原體陽性患者精子密度(85.58±9.74)×10~6/mL,精子活率(45.74±5.22)%,精子活力(39.55±4.36)%均明顯降低,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05);溶脲脲原體陽性患者精子平均曲線運(yùn)動(dòng)速度(34.08±4.75)μm/s,平均直線運(yùn)動(dòng)速度(23.40±3.02)μm/s,平均路徑速度(27.08±3.57)μm/s,平均移動(dòng)角度(47.81±5.83)°,平均鞭打頻率(5.03±0.59)%與溶脲脲原體陰性相比均明顯降低,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05);溶脲脲原體陽性患者α-葡萄糖苷酶水平處于異常的比率為50.85%明顯高于溶脲脲原體陰性患者29.36%(P均0.05)。結(jié)論在男性不育中生殖道溶脲脲原體感染相對(duì)較高,并對(duì)精液參數(shù)和精子活動(dòng)能力造成一定的影響,從而導(dǎo)致精液質(zhì)量的大幅度降低,進(jìn)而引起男性不育。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection on semen quality in male infertile patients. Methods 168 male infertile patients admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to March 2017 were selected as infertility group, and 150 adult male volunteers were selected as fertile group. The semen parameters, sperm motility and 偽-glucosidase level of male infertile men infected with Ureaplasma Urealyticum in reproductive tract were compared and analyzed. Results the infection rate of Ureaplasma Urealyticum in reproductive tract in infertile group was 35.12%, significantly higher than that in fertile group (24.67%) (P0.05). Compared with Ureaplasma Urealyticum negative, the sperm density (85.58 鹵9.74) 脳 10 ~ (-6) / mL, sperm motility (45.74 鹵5.22)% and sperm motility (39.55 鹵4.36)% were significantly decreased in Ureaplasma Urealyticum positive patients. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The average curve velocity of sperm motion was (34.08 鹵4.75) 渭 m / s, the average linear velocity was (23.40 鹵3.02) 渭 m / s, and the average path velocity was (27.08 鹵3.57) 渭 m / s in Ureaplasma Urealyticum positive patients. The mean movement angle (47.81 鹵5.83) 擄and the average whipping frequency (5.03 鹵0.59)% were significantly lower than those of Ureaplasma Urealyticum negative (P 0.05). The rate of abnormal level of 偽 -glucosidase in Ureaplasma Urealyticum positive patients was 50.85%, and 29.36% in Ureaplasma Urealyticum negative patients (P 0.05). Conclusion Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection in reproductive tract is relatively high in male infertility, which has a certain effect on semen parameters and sperm motility, which leads to a large decrease in semen quality, and then causes male infertility.
