【摘要】：【目的】比較后腹腔鏡腎竇內(nèi)腎盂切開取石術(shù)(RLIP)及經(jīng)皮腎鏡碎石取石術(shù)(PCNL)治療腎盂單發(fā)結(jié)石的有效性及安全性�！痉椒ā炕仡櫸以鹤�2012年03月至2016年09月收治的101例腎盂單發(fā)結(jié)石患者,按治療方式分為RLIP組(46例)及PCNL組(55例),并比較兩組患者在臨床療效上的差異�！窘Y(jié)果】兩組患者在年齡、性別、結(jié)石患側(cè)及結(jié)石大小方面無統(tǒng)計學差異。RLIP組手術(shù)時間雖然長于PCNL組,但結(jié)石清除率明顯高于PCNL組(P0.05)。RLIP組在術(shù)后泌尿系感染并發(fā)癥方面優(yōu)于PCNL組(P0.05),但兩組在術(shù)后出院時間、術(shù)后發(fā)熱(38.5℃)、血紅蛋白及腎小球濾過率下降值方面,均無顯著性差異�！窘Y(jié)論】RLIP相比PCNL具有更好的有效性,且安全性方面也稍優(yōu)于PCNL,在臨床上具有一定的推廣價值。
[Abstract]:[objective] to compare the efficacy and safety of retroperitoneal laparoscopic endopelvic lithotomy (RLIP) and percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in the treatment of single pyelolithiasis.
