【摘要】：正1病例簡介患者,女,32歲,因"反復下腹痛1+年"于2015年10月20日收入院。患者2005年于當?shù)蒯t(yī)院足月分娩,分娩后4月置節(jié)育環(huán),術(shù)中、術(shù)后無腹痛、陰道出血,未再監(jiān)測節(jié)育器情況。2006年帶環(huán)妊娠,足月分娩,分娩后當?shù)蒯t(yī)院B超提示宮內(nèi)無節(jié)育器,未重視,予結(jié)扎。2014年出現(xiàn)下腹痛,伴腰酸,無余不適,于當?shù)蒯t(yī)院抗生素治療好轉(zhuǎn),病情反復。2015年6月3日就診于
[Abstract]:Case profile, female, 32 years old, admitted to hospital on Oct 20, 2015 due to repeated lower abdominal pain for 1 year. The patient gave birth at the local hospital in 2005, and placed a birth control ring 4 months after delivery. During the operation, there was no abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and no monitoring of the IUD. In 2006, the pregnancy with ring, the term delivery, and the B ultrasound in the local hospital after delivery indicated that there was no intrauterine device. Do not pay attention to, give ligation.
