【摘要】：目的探討顯微外科技術(shù)結(jié)扎精索靜脈治療精索靜脈曲張的療效及安全性。方法選取2015年4月—2016年9月于浙江省麗水市云和縣人民醫(yī)院治療的精索靜脈曲張患者共25例作為顯微鏡組,選擇同期于本院采用腹腔鏡治療的患者共25例作為腔鏡組,比較分析兩組患者的手術(shù)時間、住院時間,對比兩組患者術(shù)前、術(shù)后精液質(zhì)量改善情況,性激素變化,術(shù)后并發(fā)癥、術(shù)后自然孕率及術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果兩組患者的年齡、患病時間、精索靜脈曲張程度為Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度的比例、單雙側(cè)患病的比例、手術(shù)時間、住院時間、術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率對比,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)前的精子密度、精子活力、促性腺激素(FSH)、黃體生成素(LH)和睪酮(T)對比,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后顯微鏡組患者的精子密度、精子活力、T、自然孕率均高于腔鏡組,顯微鏡組患者的FSH、LH、總并發(fā)癥均低于腔鏡組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論顯微鏡下精索靜脈結(jié)扎治療精索靜脈曲張能提高精子質(zhì)量,改善患者性激素分泌,提高自然受孕,改善并發(fā)癥,其臨床療效優(yōu)于腹腔鏡手術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of microsurgical ligation of spermatic vein for varicocele. Methods from April 2015 to September 2016, 25 patients with varicocele treated in Yunhe County people's Hospital, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, were selected as microscope group, and 25 patients who were treated with laparoscopy in the same period were selected as endoscopic group.
