【摘要】：正患者女,8歲。發(fā)現(xiàn)血尿并右腰部疼痛1天。無發(fā)熱,無尿頻、尿急、尿痛,無外傷史。體檢:右側(cè)腎區(qū)叩痛。實驗室檢查:尿潛血+++,尿蛋白++,紅細胞12200個/μl。影像學表現(xiàn):CT平掃示右腎體積稍增大,右腎上極見一大小約30 mm×30 mm×27 mm稍低密度腫塊,邊界不清,密度不均,CT值約33~43 HU,腫塊前外緣見弧形條狀鈣化;
[Abstract]:The patient is 8 years old. Hematuria was found with pain in the right waist for 1 day. No fever, no frequency of urination, urinal pain, no history of trauma. Physical examination: right renal area percussive pain. Laboratory examination: urine occult blood, urine protein, red blood cell 12200 / 渭 l. The CT scan showed that the volume of the right kidney was slightly enlarged, and a slightly low density mass of 30 mm 脳 30 mm 脳 27 mm was seen in the upper pole of the right kidney. The boundary was not clear, and the CT value was about 33 ~ 43 HU,. The radial calcification was seen in the outer edge of the mass.
