【摘要】：目的:研究前列腺癌(PCa)、良性前列腺增生(BPH)組織中凋亡相關蛋白Bcl-xl的表達情況;通過檢測Caspase-3蛋白在PCa、BPH組織中的表達,分析兩者相關性。方法:用免疫組化法檢測20例BPH和35例不同病理分級的PCa組織切片Bcl-xl、Caspase-3蛋白的表達,并分析兩者間的相關性。結果:BPH組、PCa組Bcl-xl陽性表達率分別為45.0%、88.6%;BPH組、PCa組Caspase-3陽性表達率為60.0%、17.1%,差異有顯著性(P0.05)。PCa組織中Bcl-xl、Caspase-3蛋白的表達與患者術前PSA、是否有遠處轉移、Gleason評分、臨床分期等臨床資料無關(P0.05)。在PCa組織中Bcl-xl的表達與Caspase-3的表達呈負相關(rs=-0.748,P0.05)。結論:PCa組織中Bcl-xl高表達,Caspase-3低表達;Bcl-xl和Caspase-3在細胞凋亡過程中可能互相影響。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the expression of apoptosis-related protein Bcl-xl (Bcl-xl) in (PCa), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) of prostate cancer, and to analyze the correlation between the expression of Caspase-3 protein and the expression of Caspase-3 protein in PCa,BPH tissues. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Bcl-xl,Caspase-3 protein in 20 cases of BPH and 35 cases of PCa with different pathological grade, and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results the positive expression rate of Bcl-xl was 45.0 and 88.6 in the control group, respectively. The positive expression rate of Caspase-3 in the PCA group was 60.0 and 17.1.The difference was significant (P0.05). The expression of Bcl-xl,Caspase-3 protein was not related to the distant metastasis of PSA, before operation, clinical stage and other clinical data (P0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of Bcl-xl and the expression of Caspase-3 (rs=-0.748,P0.05) in PCa. Conclusion the high expression of Bcl-xl and the low expression of Caspase-3 in the tissues of 1: PCA may affect each other in the process of apoptosis by Bcl-xl and Caspase-3.
