前列腺組織學(xué)炎癥程度及血清hs-CRP水平與BPH患者總前列腺體積、國際前列腺癥狀評分的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的觀察前列腺組織學(xué)炎癥程度及血清高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)水平與良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者總前列腺體積(TPV)、國際前列腺癥狀評分(IPSS)的關(guān)系。方法 BPH患者302例,按照是否合并前列腺組織學(xué)炎癥將患者分為不伴組織學(xué)炎癥組(195例)和伴組織學(xué)炎癥組(107例),并按照血清hs-CRP是否正常分為hsCRP正常組(213例)和hs-CRP升高組(89例),比較不伴組織學(xué)炎癥組與伴組織學(xué)炎癥組IPSS、TPV、前列腺特異性抗原(PSA)、PSA密度(PSAD),比較hs-CRP正常組與hs-CRP升高組IPSS、TPV、PSA、PSAD。使用Spearman等級相關(guān)性分析前列腺組織學(xué)炎癥程度及血清hs-CRP水平與IPSS、TPV、PSA、PSAD的關(guān)系。結(jié)果伴組織學(xué)炎癥組、不伴組織學(xué)炎癥組TPV分別為56.22(36.76~79.03)、43.04(30.32~66.09)m L,IPSS分別為19.0(12.0~24.0)、15.0(7.0~22.0)分,PSA分別為10.60(7.79~18.86)、10.07(5.20~16.59)ng/m L,PSAD分別為0.20(0.12~0.35)、0.19(0.11~0.40)ng/(m L·cm3),兩組IPSS、TPV比較,P均0.05。前列腺組織學(xué)炎癥程度與IPSS、TPV呈正相關(guān)(r分別為0.14、0.18,P均0.05)。hs-CRP升高組、hs-CRP正常組TPV分別為45.86(33.95~66.92)、45.73(30.55~71.95)m L,IPSS分別為18.0(10.5~26.0)、16.0(7.0~22.0)分,PSA分別為11.93(6.23~22.98)、9.87(6.17~15.21)ng/m L,PSAD分別為0.23(0.10~0.51)、0.19(0.12~0.32)ng/(m L·cm3),兩組IPSS、PSA比較,P均0.05。血清hs-CRP與IPSS、PSA呈正相關(guān)(r分別為0.19、0.12,P0.05或0.01)。結(jié)論前列腺組織學(xué)炎癥程度與BPH患者IPSS、TPV有關(guān),血清hs-CRP水平與IPSS、PSA有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the degree of histologic inflammation of prostate and the serum level of Gao Min C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and the total prostate volume (TPV), international prostate symptom score (IPSS) in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
