【摘要】：正尿石癥又稱尿路結(jié)石,是常見的泌尿系統(tǒng)疾病之一~([1])。微創(chuàng)取石具有創(chuàng)傷小、術(shù)中出血少等優(yōu)點,臨床已得到廣泛應(yīng)用。但由于術(shù)后仍有殘余結(jié)石,且常規(guī)用藥的治療時間較長,排石率低,嚴(yán)重影響患者的預(yù)后。本研究探討了術(shù)后采用結(jié)石通膠囊輔助治療的臨床療效。1材料與方法1.1一般材料選2011年7月至2013年7月本院泌尿外科收治的194例經(jīng)微創(chuàng)手術(shù)取石治療的患者,采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對照組各97例。治療
[Abstract]:Orthuria, also known as urinary calculi, is one of the common diseases of urinary system. Minimally invasive lithotripsy has been widely used in clinic because of its advantages of less trauma and less intraoperative bleeding. However, there are still residual stones after operation, and the treatment time of routine medication is longer, and the rate of stone removal is low, which seriously affects the prognosis of the patients.
