前列腺等離子電切組織α1-腎上腺素受體的分布情況研究

【摘要】:目的了解前列腺無(wú)炎癥增生組織和合并炎癥增生組織α1腎上腺素受體(α1-AR)的分布情況。方法選取30例良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者,收集經(jīng)尿道前列腺等離子電切術(shù)后前列腺增生組織,采用雙免疫組織化學(xué)法,觀察前列腺增生組織中α1-AR 3種亞型的染色光密度(OD)和切片組織炎癥細(xì)胞的浸潤(rùn)情況。結(jié)果 12例前列腺標(biāo)本切片未發(fā)現(xiàn)炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn),18例前列腺標(biāo)本切片有炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。前列腺無(wú)炎癥增生組織α受體亞型α1A-AR、α1B-AR、α1D-AR的OD值與合并炎癥增生組織比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論前列腺無(wú)炎癥增生組織與合并炎癥增生組織的α受體亞型α1A-AR、α1B-AR、α1D-AR含量無(wú)差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of 偽 1 adrenoceptor (偽 1 1-AR) in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 30 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were collected from 30 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) after transurethral plasma resection of prostate (TURP). The staining optical density (OD) of three subtypes of 偽 1-AR and the infiltration of inflammatory cells in sections of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were observed. Results inflammatory cell infiltration was not found in 12 prostate specimens and inflammatory cell infiltration was found in 18 prostate specimens. The OD values of 偽 -receptor subtypes 偽 1A-AR, 偽 1B-ARand 偽 1D-AR in prostatic non-inflammatory hyperplasia tissues were not significantly different from those in complicated inflammatory hyperplasia tissues (P0.05). Conclusion there is no difference in 偽 -receptor subtypes 偽 _ 1A-AR, 偽 _ 1B-ARand 偽 _ 1D-AR between benign prostatic hyperplasia and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
