【摘要】：目的:檢測膀胱癌患者手術(shù)前后血清前梯度蛋白2(anterior gradient 2,AGR2)的水平變化,并探討其預(yù)后判斷價(jià)值。方法:采集廈門大學(xué)附屬成功醫(yī)院2013年6月至2015年12月40例行手術(shù)治療的膀胱癌患者(膀胱癌組)和20例健康體檢者(對照組)外周靜脈血,采用ELISA法檢測血清AGR2水平,分析血清AGR2水平與膀胱癌臨床病理特征及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:膀胱癌組患者術(shù)前血清AGR2水平明顯高于正常對照組[(28.93±6.03)vs(10.20±3.76)ng/ml,P0.01],術(shù)后血清AGR2水平明顯低于手術(shù)前[(16.63±4.31)vs(28.93±6.03)ng/ml,P0.01〗;患者術(shù)前血清AGR2水平與臨床病理分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P0.05或P0.01),術(shù)前血清AGR227.9 ng/ml組中位患者PFS與OS均明顯低于≤27.9 ng/ml組(P0.05);COX模型多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,病理分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移以及不同AGR2水平是影響膀胱癌患者預(yù)后的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論:膀胱癌患者血清AGR2水平增高,其與膀胱癌的惡性生物學(xué)行為有關(guān),術(shù)前檢測血清AGR2水平對于判斷膀胱癌患者預(yù)后有一定臨床價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the changes of serum pregradient protein 2 (anterior gradient 2 AGR2 in patients with bladder cancer before and after operation, and to evaluate its prognostic value. Methods: peripheral venous blood samples were collected from 40 patients with bladder cancer (bladder cancer group) and 20 healthy persons (control group) from June 2013 to December 2015, and the serum AGR2 levels were measured by ELISA method. To analyze the relationship between serum AGR2 level and clinicopathological features and prognosis of bladder cancer. Results: the preoperative serum AGR2 level in bladder cancer group was significantly higher than that in normal control group [(28.93 鹵6.03) vs (10.20 鹵3.76) ng / ml P0.01], and the postoperative serum AGR2 level was significantly lower than that before operation [(16.63 鹵4.31) vs (28.93 鹵6.03) ng / ml P0.01].
