【摘要】：目的:分析中藥微調(diào)五號方聯(lián)合生物反應調(diào)節(jié)劑重組人白介素-2(IL-2)、重組人干擾素α2b(IFN-α2b)對腎癌患者腫瘤標志物及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法:將50例腎癌患者用雙盲法分為對照組(IFN-α2b、IL-2皮下注射)、觀察組(加用中藥微調(diào)五號)。統(tǒng)計客觀療效中緩解率、治療前后腫瘤標志物水平、T細胞亞群主要指標變化,記錄QLQ-C30生命質(zhì)量、生活質(zhì)量卡氏評分(KPS)分值,記錄Ⅲ度、Ⅵ度不良反應發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:治療后,觀察組緩解率(24.00%)與對照組無顯著差異,P0.05;觀察組NSE低于對照組;觀察組CD_4~+升高,CD_8~+下降,CD_4~+/CD_8~+升高,均優(yōu)于對照組;觀察組除認知功能分值外QLQ-C30其它指標分值均高于對照組;觀察組卡氏評分高于對照組;觀察組Ⅲ度、Ⅵ度不良反應發(fā)生率(4.00%)低于對照組。均P0.05。結(jié)論:中藥微調(diào)五號聯(lián)合生物反應調(diào)節(jié)劑能顯著抑制部分腫瘤標志物,提高患者免疫力,改善生命質(zhì)量和生活質(zhì)量,減少嚴重不良反應,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the effect of the combination of the Chinese herbal medicine Weijiao No. 5 recipe and the biological response regulator recombinant human interleukin-2 (IL-2) and recombinant human interferon 偽 2b (IFN- 偽 2b) on tumor markers and quality of life in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
