白藜蘆醇后處理對(duì)大鼠腎臟缺血再灌注損傷的影響及機(jī)制
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of resveratrol postconditioning on renal ischemia reperfusion (I / R) injury and its mechanism. Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model control group, resveratrol low dose group and resveratrol high dose group with 15 rats in each group. Model control group, resveratrol low-dose group and resveratrol high-dose group were used to prepare acute renal I / R model. Resveratrol low dose group and resveratrol high dose group were successfully established. In sham operation group and model control group, 0.9% NaCl solution was given immediately after operation. After 24 hours of administration, blood was taken from abdominal aorta and serum urea nitrogen (bun) and creatinine (Cr) were measured. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured. The pathological changes were observed by HE staining and the grade of renal tubular necrosis was evaluated by Paller's method. Results the level of bun Cr in serum of high dose group was lower than that of model control group (P 0.05), and that of high dose group of resveratrol group was lower than that of low dose group of resveratrol (P 0.05). The content of MDA in renal tissue of high dose group was lower than that of model control group (P 0.05), and the content of MDA in kidney tissue of high dose group was lower than that of low dose group of resveratrol group (P 0.05), and that of high dose group was higher than that of low dose group (P 0.05). The renal histopathological changes in the high dose group were significantly improved than those in the model control group, and the remission was more obvious in the high dose group than in the model control group. The scores of renal tubular necrosis in high dose group and high dose group were lower than those in model control group (P 0.05), and that in resveratrol high dose group were lower than that in resveratrol low dose group (P 0.05). Conclusion resveratrol post-treatment can significantly improve the renal function index and alleviate the renal tissue damage in rats with I / R injury. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of oxidative stress reaction in renal tissue.
