【摘要】：正患者男,48歲。半個(gè)月前有騎跨傷,自覺局部疼痛,無(wú)其他癥狀。近一周來(lái)陰莖持續(xù)半勃起,無(wú)明顯疼痛,無(wú)異常分泌物。超聲檢查:陰莖海綿體明顯充血增粗(圖1)。陰莖右側(cè)根部可見范圍約2.1cm×1.7cm×1.5cm無(wú)回聲區(qū)(圖2),實(shí)時(shí)觀察無(wú)回聲區(qū)內(nèi)部呈云霧狀涌動(dòng),周圍海綿體竇明顯擴(kuò)張呈蜂
[Abstract]:Half a month ago there were straddling injuries, conscious local pain, no other symptoms. For nearly a week, the penis sustained a semi-erection, no obvious pain, no abnormal secretion. Ultrasound examination: the corpus cavernosum was obviously thickened and congested (Fig. 1). The right root of the penis has a visible range of 2.1cm 脳 1.7cm 脳 1.5cm anechoic areas (Fig. 2). In real time, the interior of the anechoic area is seen as a cloud surge, and the surrounding cavernous sinus dilatates obviously as a bee.
