【摘要】：巨細(xì)胞病毒(CMV)感染是腎移植術(shù)后常見(jiàn)的并發(fā)癥,也是影響移植腎/人預(yù)后的重要因素。CMV感染潛伏期長(zhǎng)、發(fā)生率高,因此早期診斷與治療意義重大。近年來(lái),CMV診斷學(xué)取得了顯著的進(jìn)展,包括DNA檢測(cè)手段的改進(jìn)、流式細(xì)胞術(shù)的應(yīng)用及多種檢測(cè)技術(shù)(如基因診斷與免疫檢測(cè))的聯(lián)合應(yīng)用。本文就此作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection is a common complication after renal transplantation. CMV infection has a long incubation period and a high incidence rate. Therefore, the early diagnosis and treatment of CMV infection is of great significance. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the diagnosis of DNA, including the improvement of DNA detection methods, the application of flow cytometry and the combination of various detection techniques, such as gene diagnosis and immunoassay. This article makes a summary of this.
