【摘要】：巨細胞病毒(CMV)感染是腎移植術(shù)后常見的并發(fā)癥,也是影響移植腎/人預(yù)后的重要因素。CMV感染潛伏期長、發(fā)生率高,因此早期診斷與治療意義重大。近年來,CMV診斷學取得了顯著的進展,包括DNA檢測手段的改進、流式細胞術(shù)的應(yīng)用及多種檢測技術(shù)(如基因診斷與免疫檢測)的聯(lián)合應(yīng)用。本文就此作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection is a common complication after renal transplantation. CMV infection has a long incubation period and a high incidence rate. Therefore, the early diagnosis and treatment of CMV infection is of great significance. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the diagnosis of DNA, including the improvement of DNA detection methods, the application of flow cytometry and the combination of various detection techniques, such as gene diagnosis and immunoassay. This article makes a summary of this.
